SYSTEM LOGIC
Simple rules, fixed before emotion arrives.
Default MVP template · thresholds and allocations can be made editable later.
01
Reference
Highest daily closing price in the previous 252 trading days. Intraday highs are excluded.
Drawdown = Close ÷ Reference High − 102
Confirmation
SPY triggers from its own level. QQQ also requires SPY to be down at least 10%.
QQQ level met AND SPY ≤ −10%03
Execution
Each level can be recorded only once per cycle. A bounce and retest cannot consume the same tranche twice.
One level · one execution · one cycle04
Reset
A new 252-day closing high starts a fresh ladder. Resetting does not imply selling existing holdings.

Discipline tool, not investment advice.
Suggested amounts are pre-committed planning aids, not instructions to trade. Long recovery periods, exhausted reserves, concentration, and permanent loss remain possible.
